Brick Loot Return Policy?
Brick Loot has a strict no return policy for their subscription boxes. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they are encouraged to sell the items to others. Due to the surprise nature of the boxes, refunds or exchanges are not issued.
For items purchased from the online store, all sales are final. If an exception is made for a return, it must be completed within 7 days of receiving the item. The items must be in new and unopened condition. Brick Loot does not cover shipping costs in either direction. When the item is received and inspected, Brick Loot will issue the refund within 3 business days and has the right to charge a restocking fee.
For damaged or broken merchandise, customers should contact help@brickloot.com. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact their local post office immediately as Brick Loot is not responsible for the theft of an item.
Subscription refunds/returns are not provided. If a customer is unhappy with their purchase, they are welcome to sell the items to others.
Memberships have an initial and recurring payment feature. To cancel or change a subscription, customers must log in to their online account and edit their account. Subscriptions must be canceled before the 25th of the month to avoid receiving the following month's box. If a subscription is canceled mid-term, a prorated refund is not provided. If a refund is offered, a $30 restocking fee will be charged.
Risk of loss for merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
